Ariba Quarterly Management Reviews

The Quarterly Management Review (QMR) facilitates open discussion between the Ariba core account team, an Ariba executive sponsor, a customer organization's sponsors and executive team member. The QMR allows for honest and productive conversations between the customer and Ariba.

QMR meetings last approximately two to three hours and occur on a quarterly basis. Participants should include a senior executive(s) from both the customer and Ariba, and any other integral members of the project team. This allows for status checks on the current relationship and helps ensure Ariba is breaking new ground for future success.
